22nd Dec: Butterscotch Irish Coffee
All we add to make this Irish coffee a bit different is of Brandy & Butterscotch cream liqueur from Lyne Bay Winery.
BUTTERSCOTCH IRISH COFFEE
25ml BUSHMILLS IRISH WHISKEY | 10ml BRANDY + BUTTERSCOTCH CREAM LIQUEUR | 1tsp BROWN SUGAR | HOT COFFEE | DOUBLE CREAM
Pour boiling water to heat your glass first. Then dispose of the water and add the coffee & sugar and stir in until dissolved. Followed by your whiskey (stir) and your cream liqueur (stir). Quickly prepare in a small jug your whipped double cream and pour on top of the boozy sweet coffee. To get the head to sit like a mini Guiness, slowly pour the cream over the back of teaspoon and it should sit nicely on top.
