4th December: Venetian Cup
These flavours together work nicely all year around, but I can't help but prefer it during the colder months.
Considering Campari, bitter orange and ginger flavours being quite powerful, the concotion is surprisingly versatile to which spirit you can pick for the base.
My personal choice would be a light rum OR for something a bit lighter Pimms.
This definitely isn't your typical summer cup, so would strictly recommend to fans of love/hate Campari first.
25ml Flor De Cana 4yr Extra Dry Rum | 30ml Campari | 10ml TGC Ginger Cordial | Soda Water | Suze Orange Bitters
**Fill a hi-ball with ice and layer your drink up with a soda top. Add bitters and a big slice of orange.**
