Several ingredients in this bourbon based short, but subtle layers that all come together nicely for comfort festive sipping.
Rather than a simple sugar cane syrup, we've infused agave nectar with 10 sage leaves for 24hrs.
40ml FEW Bourbon | 10ml Agave Nectar with Sage | 15ml Peach Juice | 15ml Pear Juice.
Take a short glass and 2-3 large ice cubes. Add the bourbon, the sage nectar & juices in layers whilst gently stirring with a cocktail spoon. finish with a draped sage leaf.
